  Receptionist didn't say much except "What insurance do you have?" And "Here you go."
  (Customer service is always a plus especially if it's your first visit.)
  The woman who did the xrays, prep and teeth cleaning obviously tried to make me feel like a horrible person for my son having a cavity. (She did not smile once!)
  But the only thing that mattered was the dentist who made the end of the visit worth while even though the rest of it wasn't so good. She was friendly, she was smiling, she was talkative with my son, she refered us to an even more convenient location and even took the time to help him choose a toy.
  *staff needs an attitude adjustment.
