  I went in for a trim as I had been in February and Carol was their filling in from Rio Rancho Store. She gave me a great trim in February. She was not in today, and I was assured everyone has 20+ years experience. Instead of receiving a trim cut, my hair was cut chopping, and now I can't style it, and it is much shorter in places where it was not before. I am very disappointed.
