  BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS
  My grandfather lives here. There are some nice qualities however, The BED BUG infestation is out of control. He has to spray constantly and the office does nothing to help when they have found them. He had no bed bugs upon arrival and now they are in his apartment. There is no assistance offered to help move stuff. These are elderly and disabled people living here. I will be trying to get him to another facility. NOT acceptable.
